Changes for final candidate 2
- Fixed: sometimes font traits lost when our RTF files opened in Word.
- List styles work properly for page/section/column breaks.
- Can open smart quote after parenthesis. Also fixed other problems with smart quote affinity.
- Inserting hyperlinks is more intelligent: picks up URL on pasteboard and display text is selected text.
- Removed unnecessary log output.
- Empty pages removed if all document content is deleted.

Express no longer surrounded by the file break character, throwing off
line height.

If the "one per line" option is turned off for notes, and many notes
caused a wrap to the next line, the second line is no longer
incorrectly tabbed for 10.4 users. - Fixed some crashes that could occur when modifying tables.

- Restored page boundary color. Attempt to fix mysterious black filled page margins that a few users have seen.

Typing that causes a note to move to a different page now properly
brings that new page into focus and puts the cursor in the right place. - Fixed "remove applied languages" doing nothing if chosen.
- Coalescion of typing no longer broken if notes in document.
- Applying styles in stylesheet view properly displays the new style, rather than doing weird things to the selected style.
- Fixed crash when entering section with smaller number of columns that last visible column of previous section.
